供应商须遵守的童工及强制劳动约章

Supplier charter on child and forced labor

IMMEDIATE ABOLITION OF FORCED AND COMPULSORY LABOR:
This shall refer to any work or service extracted from a person under menace of any penalty,debt bondage and not performed voluntarily.

ABOLITIO OF THE EMPLOYMENT OR WORK OF CHILDREN BELOW 14 YEARS;
In any production,manufacturing or assembly tasks.

PAYING WAGES SRFFICIENT TO MEET BASIC NEEDS:
Basic needs of the employees and their direct dependants.

GUARANTEEING SAFE WORDING CONDITIONS:
Notably with regards to working hours and overtime,that will not harm health,safety or morals.

ENSURING EQUAL OPPORTUNITY:
Equal opportunity of employment and wages,without discrimination of any kind.

GUARANTEEING WORKERS THE RIGHT TO ORGANIZE TRADE UNIONS:
In order to promote efficient discussion between the employees and the employers.

所有供应商均须遵守
奉行以下的基本原则

1. 强制劳动,即时废止
   不得以惩罚措施、借贷奴役、或在雇员非自愿的情况下要求员工 进行任何工作或提供任何服务。

2. 十四以下,不得雇用
   不得容许十四岁以下的童工从事任何生产、制造、或装嵌工作。

3. 合理工资,维持生计
   设定合理的工资水平,使雇员得以提供其本身及家属的基本需要。

4. 工作环境,确保安全
   尤其须注意工作时间及超时工作,确保不会损害员工的健康、安全 、或士气。

5. 平等机会,杜绝歧视
   为雇员提供平等工作机会和工资,禁止任何形式的歧视。

6. 组织工会,沟通有道
   工会的设立,有助促进劳资双方的沟通和商议。
